Finding the perfect foundation can be a tricky task, but this is often a lot harder for those with mature skin. It must not be the right skin tone and cover blemishes but it also has the added job of not settling into fine lines and wrinkles.
Fortunately, shoppers have found a foundation on Amazon that ticks all the boxes. The Baked Balance-n-Glow Illuminating Powder Foundation by Laura Geller has gained a loyal fanbase and it's not hard to see why.
The foundation has a lightweight feel and ability to blur pores and fine lines. Usually priced at £28, it's currently down to £17.51 to £23.80 (depending on the colour you go for) at the time of writing as part of Amazon's Spring Deal Days sale, which ends at 11.59pm tonight (March 31).

Also safe for sensitive skin, the product has colour-correcting pigments with a luminous pearl that provides a 'subtle glow' and a light coverage. Amazon stocks eight different shades, all of which have had a discount of at least £4.20, reports the Liverpool Echo.
One pleased shopper shared their thoughts in the reviews section, writing: "Great for older skin. I've been struggling to find a good foundation for my mature skin for a while now and this beats all my expectations. I've bought other brands costing stupid amounts but this beats all hands down no more liquid brands now."
A second five star review reads: "Perfect coverage. This makeup is amazing, I washed moisturised and applied primer before using, I followed the steps on how to apply on the Laura Geller site. I applied two layers and it looks amazing, not heavy and so much easier than a cream foundation, you could do a few layers to make it look more dramatic, 100% recommend, I am 51 and it looks great on my skin. I bought golden medium."

While a third wrote: "Best ever for me. I used Laura Geller a few years ago and loved it but unable to afford it in recent times. So glad I found it on Amazon at such a great price. As I have older skin (I'm nearly 70) liquid foundation can be a problem, this powder is brilliant. Easy to use and buildable, depending on the look you need. Very happy."
However, Anne wasn't as impressed, writing: "I was disappointed at finish, being older it highlighted my wrinkles around my eyes but I put my usual foundation underneath which gave a better finish for me."
