Do you want to know the biggest reason most women aren’t satisfied with their health? The problem I see most frequently with my clients is that they struggle to keep health at the top of their to-do list! My client Sarah explained it perfectly last week. “The impact of not feeding the kids, or not meeting the deadline is immediate but the impact of missing a pilates class is 20 years away!”And so we do just enough…👉We eat pretty well (but we are too busy to research and know for sure)👉We move once or twice a week (but usually within our comfort zone)👉We hit our water quota (tea counts right..?)You get the gist…we do just enough…But the problem is that our health is in a natural DECLINE over 40, so “just enough” is no longer enough!“Just enough” will lead toThat dress from last Christmas no longer fitsYour body hurts when you turn over in bed or when you get up in the morningYou resist picking up the shopping to protect your backYou’re snapping at your colleagues or getting stressed by deadlinesYour body is making you feel old and you’re asking for help with daily activitiesOne day your tummy is flat, the next you’re 6 months pregnant! You’re tired, all the time, even first thing in the morning!Or worse, you’re diagnosed with a chronic health conditionToday I opened the doors to my January Coaching slots. The 10 week programme will put your health well and truly back on your to-do list with specific coaching, planning and accountability from me, but the BEST PART is that you will have MORE time, MORE focus, MORE freedom and MORE money as a result!#healthcoaching #2024goals #perimenopausehealth

How to juggle a newborn, a business, and self-care all at once? 🤔My secret to balancing it all 👇Returning to work just a month after giving birth was no walk in the park, but it was a journey I was determined to accomplish.Balancing the demands of a newborn, a six-year-old, and a business was not easy!Believe me!😄Despite the challenges, I dove into my work with passion and determination. However, I soon realized that neglecting my health was taking its toll.Struggling to find time for regular workouts at home, I decided to prioritize my well-being and started hitting the gym(inside my apartment) four times a week. While this helped alleviate some of my body aches, but as a breastfeeding mom, I still felt drained and exhausted.I was looking for a natural, instant solution to boost my energy and immunity, that's when I found about Healofy Health Mix.Packed with essential nuts and seeds, Healofy Health Mix has been a game-changer for me.Not only does it provide the nutritional support I need, but it also doesn't spike my sugar levels.💃So here is my current routine✅ Having Healofy health Mix with Milk daily✅ Gym sessions 4 times a week✅ Go for a walk on alternate days - Goal 7000 stepsIn facing challenges, I've learned the importance of perseverance and finding solutions step by step. It's through overcoming obstacles that we grow both personally and professionally.Remember, when you are tested with many problems, don't give up—keep pushing forward. That's the key to strength and growth. 💪❤️LinkedIn writing challenge81/100#Mompreneur #BalancingAct #wellnessjourney #shruthir

🚨 *Do you love the health journey you’re on?* 🚨I’ve been telling people this lately: *As long as you’re breathing, you’re on a health journey!* The real question is, do you like the path you’re on? 🌿💪Let me tell you about my friend, Jouleen. Her story is proof that health is a *journey,* and WOW, what a journey it’s been! 🌟💥 October 2018: Jouleen discovered this program and lost 35 pounds between October and January! For the first time in years, she felt like her health goals were finally within reach. 💪💥 2019: She transitioned into Optimal Health, maintaining her success and thriving in her new lifestyle. 🌱💥 2020: She went through a healthy pregnancy, breaking free from the pre-eclampsia she experienced before and staying on track with healthy habits! 🍼💖💥 2021: After her baby, Jouleen followed a nursing mom’s plan, bringing her confidence and health back to where she felt her best! 🙌💥 2022 - 2024: Jouleen went next-level, incorporating exercise into her routine and competing in TWO bodybuilding competitions (2023 & 2024) all while raising toddlers! 🤯🏋️♀️Her story inspires me so much! It’s a reminder that we’re all capable of growth, change, and setting new goals. 🌱 The more we grow, the more amazing things we discover about ourselves along the way. 💫And guess what? Those jeans in the back of your closet? 👖 Not a pipe dream. Waking up feeling energized? Totally possible. Feeling confident again? It's within reach, just like it was for Jouleen. ✨I’ve been on this journey for 6+ years myself, and my goals have shifted over time too. I’ll post my own photo journey in the comments—check it out! Now, what about YOU? 👉Drop in comments: What’s your next health goal or desire? 💬 Let’s dream big together! 💪🌟 #healthyliving #rightidenty #maximizedpurpose #healthandwellness #healthylifestyle #prockhealthcoaching #healthcoach #hopedealer #optimalhealth#byebyebefore #helloaftertheafter #optavist #HealthJourney

Being a doctor is one of the most rewarding parts of my life, but if I’m honest, it can also make me overly critical at times.Running a wellness business and helping women heal their gut is a gift. Yet, I’m not always great at being gentle with myself or others. Here’s what I’ve learned:1️⃣ I’m a perfectionist in more than just my work, and it’s something I’m learning to let go of.
2️⃣ I’m hyper-focused on doing things “right,” but I’m working on being more compassionate and accepting of imperfection.
3️⃣ I’m at my best when I take the time to stay present and mindful. When I create space for things I love—like spending time in nature, dancing, and being with family—I show up as a more grounded, empathetic doctor (and person).PS. The Cost of HealthWe all know that health is wealth, but it's easy to forget that when it comes to our wallets. We'll happily spend money on things like , Nails, lashes, extra meals out, the newest phone or handbag, but when it comes to our health, we're often more hesitant to invest. But the truth is, investing in our health is one of the best investments we can make. When we're healthy, we're more productive at work and in life, we have more energy to enjoy our lives, and we're less likely to get sick. So in the long run, healthy living can save us a lot of money! So why do we often put our health on the bottom of the pile? There are a few reasons. We don't see the immediate benefits. When we buy a new phone or spend £60 on a set of nails we can see the benefits right away. But when we invest in our health, the benefits may not be as immediate. It takes change, time and effort to make healthy changes, and we may not see results right away. And it can be even harder to make changes that stick. We're afraid of failure. We may be afraid that we'll fail to make the changes we need to make, or that we won't be able to stick with them. But the truth is, even small changes can make a big difference to our health. And the sooner we start, the better we feel.So ask yourself today is cost the REAL reason you are not investing in your health?Your health is one of the most important things you have. If you are fed up with where you are now CHANGE IT – if you were fed up with your hairstyle, your wardrobe or your phone , you would change it … right ?Don't put health on the bottom of the pile. Invest in you today, and you'll reap the rewards sooner than you think .#toughlovemonday #toughlove #yourhealthmatters #menopausehealth #menopauseweightloss #healthylifehappylife #nomoreexcuses
